Be Careful What You Wish For…
by Janine Pipe

I love fucked up shit.
Once you’ve found the dark web, there’s no going back.
You can watch anything.
Now I need it to be nasty, but also to be … real.
This is what I’ve been waiting for.
It cost a lot, and not just money.
Ping.
It’s here.
I open my email.
I’m so fucking ready for this.
A picture fills my screen.
Oh god, this is going to be so good.

About Nina D'Arcangela

Nina D’Arcangela is a quirky horror writer who likes to spin soul rending snippets of despair. She reads anything from splatter matter to dark matter. She's an UrbEx adventurer who suffers from unquenchable wanderlust. She loves to photograph abandoned places, bits of decay and old grave yards. Nina is a co-owner of Sirens Call Publications, a co-founder of the horror writer's group 'Pen of the Damned', and if that isn't enough, put a check mark in the box next to owner and resident nut-job of Dark Angel Photography.

A darkly cool story, with a punch of an ending.

  2. Marge Simon says:

Now here’s a flash to widen your eyes! Wow!

  3. This was such a good read – that last line is so sly, so unexpected.
